Very disappointed in the service I received from Remax, the Broker and Manager refused to return our deposit on a sale that fell through. It took over 1 year + for this Remax to release our deposit. Throughout the process, we received very little direction/communication from Remax. We had to go above and beyond ourselves to contact the other party to figure out the procedures, costing additional time and legal fees. If we had not taken matters into our own hands through legal action, Remax would have not returned our deposit... read more
