In my opinion!! Certain agents like to hide things from people ! Sell you a house with everything in perfect working order meanwhile some of the appliances are obviously broken then tried to say It’s the buyers fault !! Do better agents !
I do not recommend to do business with them. Most of their agents do not have the knowledge of contracts. They do not care to help you when transactions fail.
