Our experience was horrible and I strongly encourage anyone thinking about working with this office to fully vet their security and privacy practices first. Our personal information was compromised when our agent, using a public WiFi network and a Gmail account, had her email hacked. All of our most private information was exposed and we almost lost our entire downpayment, close to $150k. The owner did little to make it right.
