Brad Secundy did a great job I moved to Colorado Springs because I was transferred here by the Army, Brad does a lot of work with military families and personnel and understood my needs and was flexible with my schedule. Brads understanding of the local area was fantastic and he found me a great selection of houses that fit precisely what I was looking for. He has a great attention to detail that made closing a breeze, if and when I sell, I'll be calling Brad.

Hardworking & Knowledgeable Brad was a great real estate agent. He was helpful and very knowledgeable about Colorado Springs. He showed us neighborhoods we didn't even think about or know were there. He always made sure that we understood everything since this was our first time buying a house. We found a great first home and couldn't be happier in it. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. He works very hard and goes the extra mile which makes him a rare find in today's market.

Managed a very stressful Move Brad Secundy knows the area. Once we told him our time frame and what our criteria was he was working for us ASAP. He went and video'd the homes we were interested in and emailed them to us in Germany. Making the transition much easier to really see the home from every angle before we got to Colorado Springs.

Knowledgeable..Knows market area, Values, School Districts etc Working with Brad was an enjoyable experience. SOme realtors don't want to deal with Foreclosures or short sales becuase of the paperwork and time involved with dealing with the banks. Brad is certified and knew all the ins and outs to get our short sale complete. Works hard and found us a lovely home for our family . We recommend him highly for your move to Colorado Springs so that it is as smooth and stressless as possible.
