We were in the process of moving from Colorado Springs to Louisiana for warmer winters. Not knowing of a reality company in Louisiana, we ask the mortgage company for a recommendation. This is by far the worst property management company I’ve ever encountered, having been both a landlord and tenant with other property management companies. They lack professionalism, create intentional delays, and show outright disregard for tenants. Their handling of maintenance issues is horrible, and their communication style is intrusive and often contradictory. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable property management or a decent place to live.
