This review is long overdue. You see, we have known John Grant for more than 20 years. He helped us purchase our home that moved us back to Colorado. We used John Grant to purchase our home in 2018 and again to sell it in 2025. Both transactions were seamless. John is patient and understanding. He listened to our concerns, thoroughly explained processes and provided both encouragement and counsel. His valuation of our home in 2025 was spot on - we got full asking price and it sold quickly.
