We had a great experience with Mary Ann. Mary Ann was very knowledgeable about the market and knew how to price our property. She produced a great marketing plan and we had an offer within 2 weeks. We had a lot of unexpected repairs after the inspection and she took care of coordinating all the repair vendors and it was done at reasonable prices. Mary Ann is great with communication and always kept us informed. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we met closing deadlines.
