I can’t speak about buying or selling a property but I wouldn’t recommend renting a property managed by them. The old property manager did her best with all the difficult situations that arised with the apartment but now It is difficult to reach them when you have an issue in a timely manner. I have had issues with my apartment almost since I moved in and it has just been difficult to deal with them overall.
Elena Mendenhall is a pathological liar, manipulator, and cannot be trusted. She is childish, unprofessional, and a lie. Do not rent anything from her and do not buy anything from her. She will sell you a lemon. She has no integrity nor consciousness.
Remax is a very professional company .I was a first time property buyer and Bob was very curtious and helpful to me I knew nothing about buying land before I'm very grateful for Bob and Remax.Would strongly recommend making remax your first stop.
