Very patient and honest. Spencer was amazing to work with! It took nearly six months to find my home and he was so patient along the way. I knew I could trust what he said as truth. He went over and above trying to find me a home and worked around my schedule when scheduling showings. Excellent, upstanding, and caring. I highly recommend Spencer!
Landin and his team did an outstanding job getting this sale to closing. The buyer’s realtor lacked experience, but Landin’s team was able to step in and provide the necessary guidance around financing and closing that saved the sale. This saved me (and the buyer) a significant amount of time and money.
