I rented my house out using the property management services for 2 years. They barely did inspections of the property. Once the last tenant moved out, they only did an inspection with the tenant and not the landlord. After the move out, things needed to be replaced that should have been handled by the deposit. They will not return my calls or reimburse me for things they were broken while they were suppose to manage my property. Will never use them again.
