Do not rent with Re/max especially this office. Robin is extremely rude and does not properly care for her tenants or places. I will have to file a restraining order if she continues to send me rude messages as we have moved out yet she still contacts us. DO NOT rent with Re/Max. Our place was a complete disaster when we moved in. There was never an inspection done before we moved in, giant hole in the wall, broken HVAC system, stained carpets. Extremely glad we moved so we don't have to deal with re/max anymore. Especially Robin in this office. Unprofessional and rude in every single interaction. She fails to follow up, and has what can only be described as very casual relationship with the actual truth. I had to contact the city housing bureau several times because of the mismanagement at re/max. Run! DO NOT rent with these folks.
Robin Cohen, who works at this location, is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend working with these people 👎
Careful when applying for a house. Would not recommend at all. They will lie just to get your application fee.
