David Palmer rented me a home that was unlivable and was then partially condemned. We had to move. We lost a lot of money. He was rude. He said that my people would not be happy and I should move out and lose money. Avoid him at all costs. Robin Cohen was rude. Stay away.
Owner is a nasty person who doesn’t maintain his rentals. Half our house was condemned by the county within two weeks of moving in. See you in court, David.

Do not rent with Re/max especially this office. Robin is extremely rude and does not properly care for her tenants or places. I will have to file a restraining order if she continues to send me rude messages as we have moved out yet she still contacts us. DO NOT rent with Re/Max. Our place was a complete disaster when we moved in. There was never an inspection done before we moved in, giant hole in the wall, broken HVAC system, stained carpets.
