Please anyone who thinking about renting from these people run like hell. I am in the market of renting a home. I came across a rental of interest and contacted this company to schedule a tour of the property. The front office staff was extremely rude to me as I was doing so. Do not rent with Re/max especially this office. Robin is extremely rude and does not properly care for her tenants or places. I will have to file a restraining order if she continues to send me rude messages as we have moved out yet she still contacts us. DO NOT rent with Re/Max. Our place was a complete disaster when we moved in. There was never an inspection done before we moved in, giant hole in the wall, broken HVAC system, stained carpets. Extremely glad we moved so we don't have to deal with re/max anymore. Especially Robin in this office. Unprofessional and rude in every single interaction. She fails to follow up, and has what can only be described as very casual relationship with the actual truth. I had to contact the city housing bureau several times because of the mismanagement at re/max. Run! DO NOT rent with these folks.
