Amazing! As a first time home buyer, Tina Garrison was there to support me every step along the way. There were a lot of challenges. She helped me back out of a house I didn’t feel comfortable with, helped me get thru a very challenging closing with limited support from Lennar, and supported me while I was having to travel for work multiple weeks in a row. Patrick Burgess was the property manager on a property that we rented. It’s was a constant struggle to get things repaired, sometimes waiting months for issues to be resolved. As if all that wasn’t enough to endure, they made a claim against our security deposit. $50 to clean the non self cleaning oven because the landlord was too cheap to buy a self cleaning one when that needed to be replaced during our tenancy and $9.64 to replace a filter that we had regularly replaced while there. I attempted to buy a home with Judy Wesson Curry as the listing agent and it was a nightmare experience that almost turned me off from buying in general. She was difficult to work with and rude, at best. I will never do business with her on the other side of the transaction again. I may not have been her client, but being on the other side of the negotiations with her was an unpleasant experience and her behavior would have made me fire her if she were my listing agent.
