This property management caused me a problem with ADOR. I hired them to rent my property on 2018 and they create a renter tax license for my property and they forgot to closed it after the lease done on 2019. ADOR keep charging me year after year for this license that they forgot to close it. They did not notify me that the license still open and i need to take action until AZ IRS took all my tax refund for the year of 2019 and also they charge me again this year 2024.
