Kristen and Matin were extremely thorough in the home buying process and made my husband and I extremely comfortable from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to any first time homebuyer.
This property manager pulled an extra months rent from my account which may have been an honest mistake. My issue is that they promised me my money back in seven days. It has been 21 days and still no check. Unfulfilled apologies and promises seem to be common. As far as property managers i would rate them below average for the house my daughter rented at Tempe.
