We had been trying to buy a property for almost 2 months, we would call the broker, Charles Eller, left multiple voice mails, even spoke to his wife who informed me he doesn't even show homes on weekends, only 3 days a week becausehe goes to his camp on weekends. Finally about 2 weeks later, I get a return call, NOT TO SEE THE HOUSE, but for him to tell me there's no way he could show me the property for another week, he would call us back.
