Re/Max Platinum Brighton, specifically Dan Davenport, represented the seller while I was buyer. After receiving a verbal and text seller approval, Dan then retracted the approval attempting a 'highest and best' bidding war. Attempts to communicate with Dan by my agent were met with silence and lack of acknowledgement. I would not recommend either Dan as an agent nor an agency that lacks such basic integrity.
This company brings intolerant political views into their business. They just fired a loyal community leader for a harmless Facebook post. He posted that “all lives matter”. What kind of service would I get if I happen to agree. I wouldn’t trust this agency.
