Absolutely not good for us, first agent was incompetent. Asked to be released from contract with Remax Peter Rivera refused and second agent sent to us by Peter wasn't much better. Never felt like he was fighting for us. Loss of 20% on home sale not including Realtor fees to sell home. Do not recommend REMAX especially office in Venice and this one.
