It's 11pm at night and I have to be up at 5am in the morning. This business likes to rent out and/or have parties going on late at night when everyone is asleep. They have their parties in the back alleyway where Noise levels multiply. And my window is literally adjacent to their backyard area where they like to throw their parties. And this situation has been an issue on more than one occasion. The business is literally located in a neighborhood.
Max and his team are true professionals. I recently had the pleasure of working with Diana Chapman on an escrow. Everything went so smoothly I would definitely look forward to working with her again!
