Ed made our first experience of buying a home seamless. Ed has an extensive knowledge of both the buying/selling process but also has in depth knowledge regarding home maintenance which was extremely helpful. Ed Spayd and Teresa Weaver are absolutely 100% awesome! They went above and beyond and we couldn’t be more happy with how well our home purchase went! I sold a home and just purchased my second home having Ed as my realtor and both times he did a wonderful job and is excellent at what he does. I met Teresa this time around and she is just as great!
