Was called about a property I have listed by owner and told they had people who were interested and would like to schedule a showing... A realtor shows up, no buyers, and proceeds to give me the sales job of why I needed their representation. I told them from go I had a realtor I'd use if I wanted to go that route. Waste of my time.

I relocated to west michigan from the bay region. Mark and his team, especially Kevin, were very accommodating with my schedule. Even with the daunting task of showing us 8-10 houses in a single day to maximize our trip time over. Worked into the night to negotiate and get me the house I wanted. Highly recommend Mark and his team.
