Called to ask to view a property. His first question was “Do you have a realtor?” (I did not). Second question was “Are you pre-approved for a loan? (I was not). He was very dismissive and then refused to show me the property. I completely understand not wanting your time wasted, but this man was downright rude. I was not looking actively on the market, but was very interested in this particular house. Very disappointing and unprofessional interaction.

Dave is extremely knowledgeable and very patient! We had a lot of speed bumps due to our lender and Dave stayed right with my wife and I and helped every way he could! Wish all realtors were like Dave. Will be referring him to everyone I know! Thanks again Dave!ike him!
