House had both seller’s and buyer’s agent in the same office. It was listed as just shy of 40% larger than it really is. There were floor plans they supposedly made themselves with ‘exact measurements’. We were buying from out of the area and made the mistake of trusting them to have verified this information. If it had been a bit off we wouldn’t have minded but the reality is that the house size was inflated by 39.4% and those floor plans they provided?
