Beware. This agent is only out for herself. She ignored all my concerns being both the seller any the buyer's agent. With promises of "trust me, I've been in the business 30 years, will fix it all on closing". Because of her negligence I was stuck with a home with no cable wiring; mold throughout the basement; enormous taxes; and a promissory note which she ignores like she did me.
