We rented a house in Gig Harbor and LARRY TUELL was the worst possible property manager. NEVER rent from him. Our bathroom shower upstairs was leaking onto our bed downstairs and Larry never did a thing about it until the day we moved out 9 months later. It smelled horrible like mold but he refused to fix it and came up with excuses everytime we brought the issue up. Tanya Neilson is by far one of the best people to work with. She was patient and kind, working with us for about a year to find the home of our dreams. She even surprised us with a Christmas tree and gifts for my children, husband and I as we moved a week or two before Christmas. She was never unavailable for questions and concerns. I would recommend her to anyone.
