I'm writing this on behalf of a friend who is fearful of saying anything against anybody. Beware of Meredith Exum of Re/Max in Ventnor NJ. She is a predator. She badgered my friend, a newly bereaved widow, into selling her house. She kept on pressuring her until my friend finally caved. This incompetent agent came to my friend. Susan Jubilee of Team Jubilee Remax Realty provided horrible customer service regarding the end of our lease. The short story is that Team Jubilee does not communicate regarding lease renewal and then tries everything they can to charge extra fees. We rented a home and signed a 1 year lease (we were offered a 2 year lease but we’re up front about our buying a home and leaving in a year) and when the date came up we notified them of our intent to move. After 2 years of living at one of the Remax managed properties, through a pandemic, and never missing a payment, on our lease renewal, they increase the rent by almost $600 monthly. Not only does that show the lack of value Remax places on their clients, but they hire awful agents, like DREW BRANTLEY, in Arizona. Please beware of Heather Maggio, Remax agent, Renton, WA. We signed a one-year lease with mutual agreement for a month-to-month situation after that while building our home. Throughout the monthly agreement, the agent continued to prod us for a move-out date prior to the 30-day notice -- until we finally felt forced to provide more than the required notice. BEWARE. Do Not Use This Awful Awful Company I owned a home for 9 years and sold it and decided to rent while I found a new place. My experience has been so utterly terrible I couldn’t make it two years. I have to bullet this list because it’s that long. I’ll break it down by category. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had to change agents because I think their sales techniques, in my case, was to make me feel absolutely awful about my house. The first agent, verbally trashed my house, and of course, denied this to his boss. He also did not go over the finer points of the contract with me. This company remax helped me in Wilmington, De while choosing a home.M.Green the real estate agent called me and was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable.This was great customer service and that was the reason I wrote this review about remax .

Outstanding Agents, Outstanding Results!
