We have been working with Josh and Susan for almost 3 years. We first got introduced through a friend and they are absolutely the best. They managed our property while we were renting it and then, when we were ready to sell, Josh became our real estate agent. Their team is very honest, courteous and responsive. I always felt that they had my best interest in mind. I would recommend their service for property management and sales to anyone.
Susan is easy to work with, responsive, and quick to help. Made our transition into our new seamless. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional and friendly land lord.
I have worked with Josh St Romain and the Saint Property Management Team as my property manager for the last two years. They are responsive and strive to provide the professional services and skill sets both for the property owner and tenants. I would highly recommend Saint Property Management.
My struggle with this review is from emails and discussions most of the issues we during our lease were shifted to being blamed on the landlord by josh. One example is with receiving our deposit back in a timely manner (60 days as required by Colorado law) as well as receiving a listing of expenses deducted from our deposit did not occur until closer to 75 days, with Josh leaving the blame on the landlord. Renting with this company was amazing. Susan was always there to help, answer questions, and get help if needed. She is FANTASTIC at responding in a quickly manner. My family and I would highly recommend Susan and this company!
