If I could do 0 stars I would. Stood up by Ryan Cummins today, I called 10 minutes AFTER the appointment time and sitting at the property for 15 minutes, and was told by Ryan he was running late and he suggested i go get lunch, while waiting for him. My time is very valuable, I am a cash buyer that was ready to make a purchase today. I will take my money elsewhere and suggest my friends/ family that are investors to do the same.
Jeff got the job done. He was able to sell our house and helped us with the transition to a new house
Joe helped me with my 1st home. Went on market gonna Thursday saw it on Friday made my offer Saturday morning at 9am and by lunch Joe called telling me it was mine. I couldnt be more pleased!
