We have used Lisa Hawk for both buying and selling homes. I believe it is a total of 3 including new and pre loved homes. This latest one was purchasing in the tri-cities area from out of state as we have moved away for business however wanted a vacation home to come back “home” to. BUYER BEWARE Do not recommend this team. They’re good at selling houses… as long as you don’t care about having to figure everything out yourself. Do NOT use the recommended inspector. I wish I would have known that. Additionally, the person selling the house through them decided not to pay their water bill before we moved in so we are stuck with a 1300$ bill and 773$ dollars in taxes because it was previously a rental. These guys are shady. Now it’s my problem I’m stuck with after giving them ALL of my savings practically.
