I just read the review about Corey Baron and I am sorry I have to confirm. My experience with him, compared to a real estate company in Albany, has not been good. I visited the office, he sat with his computer, we talked about doing a CMA and he said he would have to consult his boss, and I didn't hear from him and then I called him and he said there were property issues so I had the person from Benton County Land Use contact him to explain these issues, then despite several attempts to contact him I was ghosted. I would strongly caution anyone considering working with Corey Baron or his office. My experience with him was a masterclass in unprofessionalism and self-interest. I recently had the misfortune of meeting with RE/MAX listing agent, Rebecca Yu. When she arrived at the property to show it she did not introduce herself or even greet my wife and I. She immediately hushed my wife as we tried to speak to her. Very offensive and rude behavior. Apparently she was concerned we would disturb the occupants, who were not home.
