I wouldn't even rate them if I didn't have too! They are trying to charge my ex and I 900 for stuff that they didn't even fix before we got into the house. They claimed that they had to fix the front and back yard when we actually fixed it for them. They told us that we had to change our air filters yet charged us. They charged us to change all the locks when my ex turned them in at the office! I shouldn't even be charged anything as per the Arizona state tenants law. Never rent from Remax Infinity- The Phoenix Area, you will be scammed out of your deposit, they currently owe me the last of my security deposit of 220.00. Ben will not return my calls, text me saying he was in a meeting, Janet will not call me back, Lisa just says Ben is in meetings and will give him the message. BBB is not the place to put a complaint, they can't do anything Yelp & FB is better for others, if you are in the same scenario as me, file a complaint with the Maricopa Justice Courts and read your tenant rights! ... read more

Renting from Remax Infinity was a big mistake.From the movin condition of the home,the maintance was not to my standards and the move out refund was not exceptable.
