Olivia Yang is an absolute professional. We worked together on a sale that would not have come together with most realtors. She was collaborative and solutions-oriented and was able to protect her client's interests while bringing a particularly complex transaction together. We need more agents like her in our industry.

My experience with FUNING TONY ZHANG was extremely disappointing. After submitting a rental application containing sensitive personal information, I received no communication despite multiple attempts to follow up by phone and message. Being ghosted after providing confidential documents demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and respect for clients. I would not feel comfortable recommending this agent based on my experience. This is very suspicious, unprofessional & unethical.
I had a great experience working with Kam Novin. He truly knows what he’s doing and is extremely professional. He took the time to explain every detail and addressed concerns I wouldn’t have even thought about, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kam is knowledgeable in sales, rentals, and everything in between, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients.
