I had a great experience working with Kam Novin. He truly knows what he’s doing and is extremely professional. He took the time to explain every detail and addressed concerns I wouldn’t have even thought about, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Kam is knowledgeable in sales, rentals, and everything in between, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced real estate professional.
If I can give 0 rate to submit my review I would. Try to avoid this brokage at all cost. Agent is extremely unprofessional. Made a mistake to go with this agent due to her commission rebate (lesson learned ask yourself why agent promised to give rebate without you even asking). When my condo was vacated, professionally cleaned and ready to be listed for sale, the agent told me she changed her mind and no longer wanted to help with the sale.
