I had the pleasure of working with Vince Pace when he brought a buyer to one of my listings. From start to finish, he was professional, communicative, and a true team player. Vince did an excellent job representing his clients’ interests while also working collaboratively to move the transaction forward. He was proactive in finding solutions and kept the process smooth for everyone involved. Vince is awesome. I was a first time home buyer and he went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed and answered all my questions. I never once felt pressured or anything, he is a stand-up guy and a dang good realtor. He will advocate for you in every aspect. If you see a home and you like it, but something is wrong with it, he will make sure you are informed about any issues before an offer is even placed. I'm sorry to have to leave a review like. I dont do this often but when I feel its necessary I do it. Vince was not my realtor, he was the buyers agent but he treated me awful. I know who not to use as a realtor for myself. He did not care how much stress, financial and emotional hardship he put on me by contacting me the day before close to tell me that the lenders didn't not approve the buyers because of the HOA. I completely understand this was no fault to the buyers but he had no remorse for his actions on what he did to... read more
