If I could, I would give zero stars. I suspect that the 5 star reviews listed here are friends of the realtor, and fake accounts. The lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and frankly any concern that my partner and I experienced with Francis was unlike any business interaction I’ve ever experienced. Please do not be fooled and proceed with extreme caution when either listing a home with Francis or purchasing with him listed as the selling agent.
I just wants to say Robert has been an excellent agent and I can confidently say his team had my best interest at heart. They are alway ready to help. Thank you and I highly recommend and currently refer Robert and his team to my friends and family.
