Robert is an absolute scammer. I rented an apartment of his, and the whole time he collected rent he never paid the mortgage or house insurance!! For a year I was being harassed by collections agents, spammed with letters and had people literally waiting outside my home taking pictures of me, looking to "Serve papers to the owner". Even worse, he was impossible to get a hold of, since he sends his "assistant" to do his bidding, which included scheduling viewings for the property whenever he wanted, and invading my personal s... read more

If I could, I would give zero stars. I suspect that the 5 star reviews listed here are friends of the realtor, and fake accounts. The lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and frankly any concern that my partner and I experienced with Francis was unlike any business interaction I’ve ever experienced. Please do not be fooled and proceed with extreme caution when either listing a home with Francis or purchasing with him listed as the selling agent.
