This realty represented the seller in the transaction. The house was left in a filthy condition with an inoperable garage door. Unprofessional, unscrupulous, unknowledgeable. Avoid Linda McTavish and RE/MAX Hallmark Chay Realty like the plague. Firstly, you'll have to do all the leg work. We were constantly bringing listings to Linda and asking to go view them. She never brought a listing to out attention. The automated email listings we did get were waaaay off what we had explained we were looking for. They also weren't anything we hadn't already seen on realtor.ca ourselves.
