This review relates Remax rental agency.. I was leasing at 10101 101 Ave Grande Prairie AB T8V0V4 from Feb 1st 2022 for 2 years. It is a really nice new building close to many amenitites. I had access to a small but rather nice deck. The unit also had a gas furnace and gas tankless water heater. Which was interesting. And the tankless water heater didn't run well, while the furnace was running. And there is even an elevator. Within their lobby is an intercom to buzz a resident to unlock the door. Initially started out OK but ended our relationship with this company on a less than positive note. The realtor we had been working with decided that he didn't want to assist us any further after "dropping the ball" in some respects. My polite, constructive criticism was not well received. Excellent real estate agents are hard to find but I have met a few through the years and they make the buying/selling process so much easier and less stressful. Unfortunately not the case here and wasn't impressed this time.😕
