Avoid! We left his rental in so much better condition than we found it. During move in we spent days deep-cleaning everything. We fixed the windows so they would open. We had to manage all the maintenance and repairs, including basic items like replacing the smoke detectors. We deep-cleaned again when moving out. The guy kept part of the deposit claiming we scratched up the floors. They were scratched up when we got there, so we put a rug down. Unscrupulous slumlord. Do not recommend.
