Worst experience.. Just a bunch of investors trying to make money off you in any way possible they can. The realtor tried to get get me to pay more by telling me they didn't except my offer and need to pay more. ( talked to the other realtor, totally not true) pushed for me to pay for inspections on house the was repeatedly told not for me to do. And now out my money.. so much incompetence.. it gets worse! Just save your time. Find at least a competent realtor. This applies all the way up to the broker
