My experience with Wayne Quirk at Garden City left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I observed a complete lack of transparency, honesty, and integrity during my interactions. It's alarming that someone in such a position would engage in questionable and unethical practices. Due to Eva Alhadad I had a highly disappointing experience with this broker. Despite clearly stating that I was already working with a realtor, she persistently attempted to persuade me to sign up with her instead. Her unprofessional behavior extended to speaking negatively about other realtors, which I found both unhelpful and disrespectful! I would not recommend her services to anyone seeking a real estate professional who values integrity and respect!
