I love the place is called the wonderful place to have a sweet apartment home 2020
I was renting a home from Shane Gragg. Had no issues with him until I moved out and he tried to overcharge me for minor issues with the house like 275$ to sweep a closet i missed and wipe down a few window sills. also 150$ to remove some trash i had by the curb. For future renters, expect to not get much of your deposit back no matter how hard you try
