I contacted an agent regarding his listing. An apt. was set to view the property and I arrived about 20 minutes before the scheduled time. After waiting 15 minutes after the scheduled time I left. The agent called and left me a message on my voice mail. When I called back and asked why he didn't show, he said he was there but he parked his car in the garage. I've never had a more disappointing experience with the final outcome of our situation with Paige. Her initial impression is warm, helpful and hard working. But that changed when our situation got difficult. We were lead into a bogus contract , one that was unable to close due to leins on the property and legal issues. None of this was disclosed or presented to us in the initial days of the contract .
