Laurie Riessland helped us with buying and selling in the Kearney location. She has years of experience as a realtor. She made the process extremely manageable and less stressful for us. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I have Jordan as my realtor and she has been the absolute best! She is so sweet and very knowledgeable! Just looking and it was easy to get through
Jordan Colling and I shared a client (Jordan as their Realtor, me as their Lender). There were a series of potentially catastrophic deal-killers that nobody wants to see happen on their deal. I handled the math part, figuring out how the client could still close and close on time. The client was out of gas (figuratively) because of their bad luck and mishaps.
