Just looking and it was easy to get through
Jordan Colling and I shared a client (Jordan as their Realtor, me as their Lender). There were a series of potentially catastrophic deal-killers that nobody wants to see happen on their deal. I handled the math part, figuring out how the client could still close and close on time. The client was out of gas (figuratively) because of their bad luck and mishaps.
