Sue, Listened to what we were looking for and could afford. She did not push or give you a hard sell, which we both appresiated. She was very responsive to any request. She also have a network of people to pass on to use to find movers, inspectors, cleaners, electricains, ...etc.
Sue offers a wealth of experience in the real estate market. She is candid and is able to clearly explain many of the options and issues surrounding a NC real estate purchase. Sue was extremely knowledgeable about the area in which we were looking, which was a huge help to us as we're from out of state. She was proactive, she really listens to what you are looking for and what you don't want. Always kept in touch with us throughout the process. Sue diligently worked on my behalf to market and sell my house. I was getting married and she understood my circumstances perfectly. Her negotiation skills are top-notch and when I would get anxious, she would settle me down and keep me calm. I highly recommend Sue as a listing agent. She also helped my family sell my mother's townhouse!
