It's true! Outstanding Agents. Outstanding Results. – For the consumer, a real estate company is only as good as the particular agent you use. I have used two from this Remax office since moving here in 2006 and both times I have had wonderful experiences. Great Agency!!! – My family is in the process of relocating to NC and we were recommended to this office by a well respected real estate agent in our current community. Wish we could have addressed any concerns at the time – The review from March was just brought to my attention. I am one of the owners of RE/MAX at the Lake and am disappointed that we could not assist this client to his satisfaction. We have been in business for less than 4 years and have grown in that short time to one of the 30 largest firms in the Greater Charlotte area. Inexperienced Real Estate Agents, Obnoxious Staff – To think that this is actually a RE/MAX office is amazing. A "branded" name in the real estate world. True, each office is independently owned and operated. This office was nothing like a re/max in our hometown. We were lking for a waterfront home and the agent we were given was EXTREMELY weak. Didn't know the area mkt, probably fresh out of real estate class. Asked for another agent and the owner herself gave us ANOTHER weak, agent. This was supposedly a "SEASONED" agent. ... read more
