Military Friendly and hard working! Tracey and her entire staff were great. They helped us with a short sale and were able to get it closed quickly (others said it could not be done). VERY military friendly. We had to move on short notice and we did not know what to do with our under-water mortgage. Tracey knew exactly how to get the house sold and how to work with the bank in order to meet our closing deadline. Everything went exactly as she said it would, and we even closed on the predicted date!

Great seller's agent and buyer's agent! This is our second time using Tracey as our agent, once as a seller and the other as a buyer. We would not hesitate to use her a third time either. Tracey Donley does what she says she is goiung to do! My husband and I hired Tracey to sell our home as a VA compromise sale. She was right on target with her pricing and she got the home sold quickly.
