UPDATE: I was hoping to revise this review with good news that this agency did what was right, but unfortunately that's not the case. My husband reached out to Tammy Duering (Manager/owner) to discuss the unresolved issue we've endured. She was very nice and stated that she would absolutely take care of us and asked for him to send her the invoice for the plumber we had to have come out. Buyers beware if Tina D’Antonio is an agent listed on the house you’re looking to purchase, I would seek a different agent who is competent and doesn’t cut corners. We are going through a hellish experience now with a $440k townhome we just purchased that we can’t use one of the toilets. We aren’t even living in the house yet and already have to dish out $600 to resolve the problem that her incompetent plumber didn’t fix properly. Buyers beware if you are purchasing a house and Tina D'Antonio is the agent for the seller. Despite her 23yrs experience and accolades, she clearly only goes above and beyond for those using her to buy/sell a house. What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL experience we just had with her.
