We purchased a home where Mr. Kurzynski, was both the home seller and the listing agent; it seems to us that Mr. Kurzynski, misrepresented the condition of his property and misleading us, the buyers, in several areas of the homes condition. As a result of the misrepresentation, we have experienced damage to our home which will cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair.
