Very easy to work with. Very compassionate and courteous to their customers.
Took them 3 months to fix a leak in the bathroom, then the plumber left a slow leak behind that got into my bedroom. Its been over a week since they've been notified and all we have been told is to contact the owner. Then, weeks later, want to call at 8pm instead of normal business hours, to ask about something completely unrelated, and still have yet to fix their water leak screw up.

FELL ILL ME AND MY WIFE THEY AGREED TO WORK WITH US, ASK FOR A HOME WITH LOWER RENT NO HELP, NOW WE ARE GETTING EVICTED WEEK OF CHRISTMAS AFTER OWING 4,000 FOR RENT SAID HE WOULD WORK WITH US, PAID 2200 OF IT THEN GET SERVED EVICTION PAPERS. GREAT GUY GREAT COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
