Elena Manfredi is the most INCOMPETENT property manager on the planet!!! She does ZERO justice to the owner, the renter, the property and Remax Elite!! I’ve been renting a privately owned home managed by this RE/MAX office for over three years, and they’ve been one of the most professional property management companies I’ve ever worked with. They truly balance the needs of both the homeowner and the tenant. The plumber came out to replace two water valves and breaks the faucet in bathroom. Says he had to order a new part to fix it. After 3 weeks of waiting he sends a message that he got his o ring in and he could come out in another week! I picked up a new faucet and had it installed. Choosing RE/MAX Elite was a massive mistake. The name suggests a high level of service and luxury, but our experience at 511 Avignon Drive has been a series of failures and professional negligence. On our first day, it was clear that no one bothered to inspect the property. The kitchen was littered with broken tiles and overhead lighting that did not work.
