Do not rent from them. I rented a house and was charged for flea extermination when I didn’t even have any pets. Also the house was not cleaned and blinds were broken and taped back together and was also charged for those totaling almost 500.00. Mind you when the hurricane broke the fence and I paid to have it fixed so it would be done immediately and did not even ask for reimbursement.
