I absolutely love working with this team, and am honored to know Kim and Rick. Not only is Kim the best Realtor in Our community, but her and her husband Rick do so much in our community. Things like setting up Easter egg hunts and music festivals. Kim is a Pilar of our community. I know in the past they had a bad employee, but she is gone now. Please do not hesitate to use them. 100 percent recommend.

this lady Phoebe Nason took over our property from a owner somewhere between jan and march of 2024 no resident was was informed about this until official april 6 2024 and we all was served demands letters posted on our doors ending leases which everyone is on a housing choice voucher . the law states that there has to be a cause for not renewing a lease and none was giving i did a meeting with her and my housing manager and another person when my housing manger told her that there was a lot of violations on the hud contract ... read more
Phoebe stuck me with a six figure problem on house while she was representing me as my agent. Completely denied my chance at any type of walkthrough of the property I was purchasing . If you feel anything is off while dealing with her, it mostly likely is. She even took her commission check from the title company before I had chance to see the place.
